3. Payment Terms

All services provided by Consulting Ipswich are subject to agreed fees. Payment terms include:

  • Invoicing: Issued upon service completion or as per the agreed schedule.
  • Payment Due Date: Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Late Payments: May incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

4. Confidentiality

We value confidentiality in our business relationships. Consulting Ipswich agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without explicit consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during our services, including reports and strategies, remains the property of Consulting Ipswich until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Consulting Ipswich will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the fees paid by the client.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. The client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts.

9. Amendments

Consulting Ipswich reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
